Job Description :
LEAD SF Developer. Must have the required skills but open to a developer that shows leadership potential. ie; maybe has the 5-7 years’ experience and shows leadership ability, maybe successful leading a small team on a smaller project, shows aptitude, extroverted, etc.
LONG TERM 12 months PLUS (more than likely 3-5 years
Initially will be working with just the 3 person team but that WILL grow (Admins, devs, etc)
Must be able to lead a Development team
5-7 years’ experience developing
Experience with Integration and integration layers, experience with Mulesoft a plus
Lightning experience
Experience in Sales, marketing or service cloud
Experience with Databases IE: SQL etc.
Comm skills must be a 10
Contract only position and must be a US Citizen
Senior IT Developer (Salesforce) is expected to:
Develop, test and document custom development, integrations and data migration elements for Salesforce implementations
Follow coding standards and participates in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
Manage assigned work through all phases of the Application Development Life Cycle
Give effective mentoring and guidance to other IT development personnel and may assist in developing standards for development
Learn new product and technical capabilities of the Salesforce product prior to new product releases
Provide coverage and support of production application systems including defect management
Skills Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
6+ years of Salesforce platform experience
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud preferably but will accept Sales and Service Cloud
Financial Services Industry experience (preferable)
Salesforce developer certification
Lightning experience 6mth-1 yr
SQL server experience 3-5 yrs
Extensive experience using Apex, Visual Force, etc. 6+ yrs
Experience with Data Loader, Workbench
Mulesoft experience (preferable)
Configuration experience using the Salesforce point and click application administration interface
Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of the Application Development Life Cycle
Attends training and/or industry seminars as appropriate, to stay abreast of current technologies, trends and directions
