Requirements:
5+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
o Developing Salesforce applications from scratch not just enhancing
o Enterprise grade level
Must know Salesforce inside and out
o Must know the limitations, advantages, etc.
o Will need to know how to model the application based off of requirements (has an architect mind)
Must be able to come right in and guide a team of 3 developers (leadership qualities)
Top Skills:
6+ years of Software Engineering experience
3+ years of Salesforce Development Experience
Object Oriented Programming
Proficient with Apex & VisualForce programming

What do you need to have?
6+ years of software engineering experience.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Demonstrated experience working with object-oriented programming.
Proficiency with Apex & VisualForce programming.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent or working towards a BS degree.
