Position : Sr. Salesforce Consultant
Location : Atlanta, GA and Madison, WI
Duration : Fulltime (Permanent)
Job Description:
Core skills:
Good understanding and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM features
Very good understanding and working knowledge of the object data model, workflows, approval process, validations, process builders, visual flows
Very good understanding and working knowledge of custom development components like Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex, REST and SOAP API development (consumer and provider), Apex Test Classes
Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, best practices, and Integration patterns is desired
Must have been involved in at least 2 major project implementations
Knowledge of Agile concepts would be an added advantage
Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification is necessary
Along with the above technical skills, the candidate should have the following skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to identify new trends in Salesforce and associated technologies and leverage them to bring out new ideas and create compelling solutions
Able to independently work in all stages of the projects from gathering requirements, solution design, development, UAT and deployment
Able to liaise with Business, Technical team and other stakeholders for execution of project
Desire to learn quickly and apply the learnings in real world scenarios
Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certification will be an advantage
