Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst
Denver –CO
Duration: 6+ months

Expected Responsibilities:
Requirements engineering (business, stakeholder, functional, solution and transition level requirements)
Business process design and documentation (workflow modeling, BPMN experience a plus) o Analysis of existing processes (as-is modeling) and ability to bridge to-be state processes
Assess captured business requirements against Salesforce capabilities (fit gap analysis) • Rapid design and development of proof of concepts / prototypes within the Salesforce platform
System and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and facilitation
Issue tracking & resolution coordination
Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will: Have an excellent professional attitude with strong interpersonal communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Be customer experience focused (customer empathizing)
Be highly capable in conflict resolution and negotiation
Be able to articulate platform capabilities shape customer demand against platform offerings
Have strong and proven background in developing Business Analysis artifacts, such as process maps, and requirements documentation
Have experience in operating as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in an agile framework (such as Scrum)
Have 2+ years’ working knowledge of Salesforce (highly prefer this experience to have been gained while performing the role of a Business Analyst)
o Experience in analyzing business needs for Salesforce platform fit is more of a firm requirement for this position (vs heavy Salesforce administration experience Exposure to Salesforce admin training (through the Trailhead program) a viable equivalency (Business User and Admin Trailhead training tracks
