Sr. SalesForce Developer
Candidate must sit in Minnesota for their first month to meet the team and get up and running. After that they can sit onsite in Raleigh NC or Hartford, CT or Remotely as per client requirement.
Duration: 6 Months + extensions (in 6 month increments)

Interview: Candidates must be screened by Apex Screeners. Once they pass that will take a Skype Interview with the client.

PROJECT: Pathway Project. Pathway is the mission critical integrated care management application for Complex Care Management.
It will deliver an improved user experience to approximately 2000 clinical & corporate users enabling comprehensive
medical management and clinical documentation, integrated outreach, practice, and revenue cycle management to
improve efficiency & effectiveness through increased quality, accuracy and completeness of data and information.
Skills
SalesForce.com, Strong hold on Apex, and some UI framwork like Angularjs, nodejs etc
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
Health care experience is optional not mandatory as it is more technical job with hands-on Salesforce developer.
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
a. Solid knowledge of Salesforce APEX language.
b. Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
c. Worked on Agile Methodology and experience on Eclipse IDE or any IDE
Requirements
Needs someone that is able to do design work, as well as hands-on development.
Ability to teach best practices around Salesforce development and make recommendations
Experience on the Eclipse IDE development platform
Salesforce Development – Apex and Visualforce
UI Development experience
o Javacript
o either AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS
Agile Methodology experience and be a part of the Scrum team
Experience using Rally (now known as “CA Agile Central”)
Must be able to analyze requirements and push back on architectural design, if needed
Must be able to articulate why development is done the way it is being done
