Job Description: The ideal candidate will be able to help our team deal with
delivery challenges and issues on the project.
12+ years and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities for MS-SQL
* Lead the onshore/near shore team efforts and manages the work
allocation.
* Onshore/Near Shore DBA Lead will ensure day-to-day operations,
communications, reporting from Onshore/Near Shore for MS-SQL.
* Serves as a subject knowledge expert for MS-SQL and provides
improvement plan with best practices.
* Understands Project Management Lifecycle methodology concepts
including change review/management
* Carry out Process Improvements and audits internally
* Involved in all facets of the implementation, rollout, migration,
integration, upgrades, customer requirements gathering, testing, performance
tuning, research and development of MS-SQL
* Effective communicator endowed with exceptional analytical,
relationship management and leadership skills
* Perform Problem Management and drive service improvements
* Experience with Database upgrade/migration
* Experience with performance tuning and monitoring and providing
recommendations for automation.
* Experience with Foglight a plus
* Strong leadership and communications skills.
