Location: Southfield, MI

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be able to help our team deal with delivery challenges and issues on the project.
12+ years and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities for MS-SQL
Lead the onshore/near shore team efforts and manages the work allocation.
Onshore/Near Shore DBA Lead will ensure day-to-day operations, communications, reporting from Onshore/Near Shore for MS-SQL.
Serves as a subject knowledge expert for MS-SQL and provides improvement plan with best practices.
Understands Project Management Lifecycle methodology concepts including change review/management
Carry out Process Improvements and audits internally
Involved in all facets of the implementation, rollout, migration, integration, upgrades, customer requirements gathering, testing, performance tuning, research and development of MS-SQL
Effective communicator endowed with exceptional analytical, relationship management and leadership skills
Perform Problem Management and drive service improvements
Experience with Database upgrade/migration
Experience with performance tuning and monitoring and providing recommendations for automation.
Experience with Foglight a plus
Strong leadership and communications skills.
