Job Description:
Position: Sr SQL Server DBA to assist with consolidating Microsoft SQL environments.
Overview:
We are looking for a Sr DBA to assist us with building a new MS SQL environment than assist with migrating all DB’s to the new environment.
Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of MS SQL versions 2005 – 2016
A solid understanding of Windows Server technology.
Thorough understanding of SQL Server and Windows security.
Knowledge of database design and theory.
Some understanding of storage technologies and networking.
Expert knowledge of performance indicators and tuning.
An understanding of SQL Server Transactional Replication.
Thorough knowledge of backup and restore.
Expert T-SQL skills.
A team first attitude.
