Sr. SDET Analyst
12 month contract

REQUIRED:
4-6 years experience
Strong experience Microsoft stack C# .NET, SQL, Visual Studio Online
Tools design architectural, written test harnesses, written test tools unique to an environment, tools implementation
Test system maintenance experience
Strong experience designing and implementing automation frameworks and/or developing applications
Experience working in an agile environments (scrum, Kanban)
Experience developing and utilizing mocks, stubs, emulators (Microsoft fakes framework and/or custom developed mocks)
Experience implementing Continuous Integration with TFS (CI), builds, source code management best practices
Experience writing and execution unit tests to increase code coverage and quality.
PREFERRED:
GIT; we are moving into it, so if they have experience it would be helpful
Experience automating and utilizing VMware Vcloud Virtual Machine management
POS development and/or testing experience
Web Dev skills (HTML, JavaScript) for reporting and communicating
Performance Testing
CI/CD pipeline
OVERVIEW:
Develop and implement test automation framework and infrastructure on the point of sale application. This is the flagship application accounting for a large portion of company revenue, reaching more than 30,000 endpoints. The work would consist of tools design, development and maintenance combined with the automation of unit, and functional tests on a small Kanban team practicing DevOps and Lean principles.
Complement a small existing team doing test infrastructure and test automation. Provide technical leadership on a team that acts as infrastructure development for testability. Automation Infrastructure''s responsibilities serve the #1 need of the POS engineering organization in the next fiscal year, to release better stories more efficiently and more safely.
