Job Posting Title: Sr SAP FICO Consultant
Description: Looking for a Strong Lead that can handle big teams across US and India
SAP FICO Sr Consultant would participate in SAP implementations for our clients from the initial design and discovery phase through the project implementation and support. You will act as a specialist to analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing infrastructure in order to design state of the art integration solutions using the most recent web technologies
Qualified candidate must have 6+ years relevant SAP FICO experience (or equivalent combination of education and work experience), with a minimum of 3+ years in support.
Must have participated in at least four or more successful SAP FICO project implementations.
Strong Technical background in SAP FICO solution development which includes all components of the FICO applications.
Expertize in systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP ERP.
Strong knowledge in SAP FICO system configuration and SAP development including all the types of customizations
Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership quality and the ability to lead a big team at offshore and onsite is a must
Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition, configuration/programming, testing, cutover and support.
Must be able to train new colleagues, mentor junior and customer resources.
Ability to guide team members and propose state of the art solution designs.
Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex business problems within or across multiple systems.
Completion of SAP FICO basic training courses
Bachelor''s Degree or higher is preferred
