Position Overview:
The AA Developer, RPA with general direction will be responsible for requirements Analysis, design, development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support of automated solutions using the Automation Anywhere robotics platform to drive process improvements for the Business Services team. The Developer is expected to assist in the advancement of a continuously improving automation life cycle frame work and deliver automated processes in scope as aligned by the RPA director. This role requires the ability to apply LEAN and business analysis methodologies in alignment with RPA technologies to meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
Principle Responsibilities:
Practitioner of Agile/waterfall software development life cycle principles with RPA domain
Develop and maintain automation solutions
Build best practices and accountable for use of them
Build automations per approved architecture
Team player and leader for Automation solutions
Ensure change management plan designed by process owner is followed to ensure successful automation rollout (support during UAT and rollout phases)
Solve complex issues that arise in day to day and provide timely responses and solutions
Identify new process opportunities, while quickly assessing feasibility and complexity from AA implementation perspective
Technical / Education:
Strong working proficiency with the Automation Anywhere platform.
Certification is Highly desirable
An IT or Business Bachelor’s degree with 3 + yrs of AA implementation experience.
4+ years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or integration projects.
Experience with the one or more of the following is preferred:
o Object-oriented programming frameworks and methodologies
o Relational databases/SQL
o Visio
o BFS Experience
o Mainframe/Citrix based Automations
o Customer portals
Key Competencies:
Proficient at quickly developing and sustaining close working relationships with AA team & business users
Ability to methodically identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical problems using systematic approaches with well-documented, supportable methodologies and creative thinking.
Ability to effectively contribute on complex assignments and assume increasingly greater leadership roles / responsibilities
Ability to prioritize, schedule, report, deliver, and support automated solutions within agreed timelines
Ability to apply prudent program development and testing practices consistently
Expert knowledge, understanding, and experience managing automations and the employment of best practice guidelines within AA domain.

Certifications required:
Automation Anywhere Certified Professional Certification - MUST
