Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Review Business Requirements, SA Documents, VUI Call Flow Design Documents
Create and maintain Test Cases within Cyara or other testing automation tool
Execute and document status of Test Cases within Cyara or other testing automation tool
Defect Tracking, Status Reporting, Resolution within Cyara or other testing automation tool
Provide QA Daily Status
Support UAT Activities
Support Regression Testing and Test Cases
Support Release Night Activities
Maintain Compliance in QA Delivery, Usage and Documentation, Release Delivery and Management

Must have skills
Cyara
IVR Experience (3+years)
Microsoft Office Products including VISIO, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, OneNote
WEBEX Conferencing and Office Communicator IP Phone and Instant Messaging
Test Case Design
Test Case Execution
Ability to work in a fast paced organization with very tight timelines
Ability to get up to speed and be productive and add value in a shortened time frame
SDLC including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile Methodologies
QA Testing (Automation focus)
Excellent communication skills
