Responsibilities:
* 12 years of hands-on experience developing, and maintaining
innovative test automation frameworks
* Experience in Automation tools (Primary: Selenium )
* Strong knowledge of automation testing best practices.
* Automation development using Selenium/Cucumber, ATDD Frameworks.
* Should have very good experience with Java, API Testing using
RESTAPI.
* understanding and trouble shooting skills in automation testing.
* Communicate automation goals, priorities, and status with customer
and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to drive the automation teams to achieve time critical
deadlines.
* Expertise in writing/implementing automation test plans and test
strategies.
* Experience in analyzing projects for their testing requirements and
provide an automation solution.
* Technical QA experience with automation of a variety of
applications, including desktop, web, and client/server.
* Takes initiative and responsibility, comfortable in a fast-paced
environment
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
* Expertise in using test management and defect management tools
* Expertise in Agile product development methodologies
* Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.
* Detail oriented and good analytical, problem solving skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of Selenium, CodedUI or equivalent, Experience in these
tools preferred
* Experience using programming languages - Java, C# a Plus
* Experience in testing and automating API a plus and/or familiarity
with API testing preferred.
* Ability to write and execute simple to moderate SQLs using Joins
etc.
* Technical QA experience with automation of Mobile applications.
* Should be familiar with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins.
* Should be a quick learner.

* Bachelor''s Degree is a must
