Position: Senior QA Analyst (With OFSLL and ALM)
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 12 Months
This is a senior QA Analyst position.
Primarily responsible for creating, executing, and maintaining automated test cases and scripts to ensure quality delivery of enterprise applications developed by HDFS. (Harley Davidson Financial Services)
Need to focus more on OFSLL (Oracle Financial Services for Leasing and Lending) and ALM and less on SAP and BO etc.
Client will want more of OFSLL and ALM only.
This position will also require the ability to create and maintain documents and deliverables associated with manual and automated enterprise applications testing.
This position requires strong technical, analytical, and communication skills (verbal and written) and a desire to maintain a high degree of quality.
As this is a senior technical QA position, it requires the ability to write scripts in a programming language and develop test stubs for integration testing purposes.
The Senior QA Engineer will work closely with external groups to increase the quality of software delivered, including the development group to improve unit testing, systems analysts to improve requirements quality, and user testing groups to improve completeness of user testing.
Knowledge and/or experience with Insurance Systems, Loan Management Systems, or Web Systems are important and would be a plus.
5+ years hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as the Mercury Tool Suite (WinRunner, LoadRunner QuickTest Pro, etc Experience implementing, administering and training on the tool required.
Highly experienced testing financial database applications.
Need to focus more on OFSLL (Oracle Financial Services for Leasing and Lending) and ALM and less on SAP and BO etc
3+ years of experience working in I.T. for financial or insurance institutions required.
Experienced in at least one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Java, JavaScript, Unix, XML)
In-depth knowledge of web application server technology (WebSphere preferable
In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies.
Highly experienced writing test plans and test cases, and documenting software defects and anomalies.
Prior testing experience in Siebel or Oracle applications required.
Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Access, Visio, Project)
4 year technical degree. Advanced degree a plus.
