Job Description :
Roles and skills required: The client is looking for staff (Associates through Managers, MBA not required) that have solid project management, PMO interface, client handling and facilitation skills to contribute to or lead initiatives within the context of the PMO. Staff will be involved in initiative workplan development, chartering, business case development and tracking, issue identification and resolution, upward PMO reporting, client team management, facilitation, and overall health of the initiatives assigned to them. Candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in client-facing management consulting roles with large consulting firms operating in a large team environment. Strong preference for candidates who have been involved with operational cost reduction initiatives, familiar with agile and lean concepts, and experience in logistics and/or ground transportation.
