Required Skills:
Five (5) years of technical service delivery management experience preferably with a government entity.
Seven (7) years experience managing technical projects
Experience deploying, supporting and managing projects for case management systems
Experience providing on-call support, coordinating research and resolution of Priority 1 and 2 incidents with clients and 3rd party hosting vendors
An understanding of court operations and experience working with court executives and operations staff
Good communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences including creating and presenting executive summaries to steering committees and other executive level leadership.
Experience writing and managing technical infrastructure requirements for 3rd party hosting vendors on large, complex, multi-year projects.
Experience managing and testing disaster recovery plans
Ability to manage projects and develop and maintain complex project plans.
Ability to identify and evaluate alternative solutions, costs and benefits.
Experience deploying applications in a large data center and understand the relationship between multiple hardware platforms and the interrelationship of different operating systems.
Excellent team building skills, including cross-functional team building.
Principles of information systems architecture for enterprise-wide systems development such as multi-tiered, distributed system architecture including internet/intranet based application delivery mechanisms.
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to breakdown complex ideas into manageable pieces.
Knowledge of the principles of systems design, implementation, and development.
Proficiency with MS Office Applications including MS Visio and MS Project.
