The successful candidate will effectively work with multiple workstreams, which may include privacy policy management, data lifecycle management, individual rights processing, privacy by design, information security, data processor accountability, and training and awareness to ensure successful implementation.

The position will be in Salt Lake City, UT, with flexibility for remote work as necessary. As part of this high-visibility project, you will play a critical.

The successful candidate for this position will also have the skills and experience necessary to:

- Lead a diverse team of individuals to accomplish program objectives and ensure compliance with program governance standards

- Deliver program objectives from design through delivery, optimization and sustainability

- Develop and maintain a project schedule to ensure deliverables are completed as required
- Provide leadership, direction and support to project team members to optimize their productivity and maximize their contributions
- Analyze project data and transform into metrics to drive actionable solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Expert knowledge of project management including methodology, processes, tools, scope management, financial tracking, scheduling and resource management
- Confidence and ability to manage competing priorities, assess risk in prioritization, help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders
- Must have strong leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior/executive management, business leaders, IT, Information Security, Audit, Compliance, Privacy, and attorneys
- Solid organizational and facilitation skills with a successful track record of managing expectations, delivering results, and meeting milestones and deadlines
- Computer skills, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to create, understand, and maintain complex Microsoft Project plans

Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience in consulting, banking and/or strong understanding of financial services regulations and guidance including GLBA
- Process improvement mindset a plus
