Job Description
:
PROJECT-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE (Must Have)
10+ Years in project management or involvement on projects
5 - 10 years project management relating to enterprise systems such as SAP
Proficient at relying on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks
Proficient at leading multiple concurrent projects (2-3 at a time) with differing stakeholders
Leadership/Contributions: Leads and directs the work of others assigned to project tasks.
Experience leading teams to ensure team members are accountable for completing assigned project tasks
Concise communication skills
Tact and diplomacy when working with stakeholders with evolving demands and expectations. Skills include:
o Manage scope changes based on stakeholder desires and new information
o Promote and manage best practices on scope & change requests
o Create and manage requirements traceability matrix
o Educate the business teams & stakeholders on best practices of the PMO and process; be an advocate for PMO standards and best practices
EXPERIENCE (Nice to Have)
PMP or advanced degree preferred
Experience with SAP initiatives:
o Experience in implementing projects specialized in SAP BI HANA and SAP TPM/SAP CRM
o Knowledge of Trade Promotion Management Process (TPM)
