Client , is undergoing a comprehensive “Digital Transformation Project” over the next several years that involves several core components, including electronic filing of applications and motions, court case management, dispute resolution and workflows, electronic imaging and document management, data interchange, docketing, scheduling, calendaring, and reporting.
Commission
A Project Manager is needed to direct all phases of assigned initiatives for implementation of the Client’s overall “Digital Transformation Project” for the automated input, tracking, scheduling, and completion of hearings on workers’ compensation claims.
Requires PM with PMP certification must minimum 10 years and should have prior 5 years government experience.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the Digital Transformation Project;
Develop and maintain up-to-date project plans, project schedules, and communication plans using appropriate tools as necessary;
Manage the project’s schedules, budgets, and overall deliverables;
Prepare and present status updates on project schedules, project costs, and project deliverables;
Work with business analysts and developers to complete the project on time and within budget;
Work with project team to mitigate risks before they become issues and address issues promptly to ensure the project’s success;
Manage the scope and adhere to sound project management principles and methodologies; and
Serve as primary communicator to executive leadership, various levels of management, technology partners, and key customers
NOTE: Most work will be done in on-site Chicago (90%), but some work may be done on-site in Springfield, (10%)
