Sr. Project Manager

Location: Boston, MA

Focused Requirements:

Demonstrated core PM skillsets with emphasis on ability to effectively communicate with crisp, concise, and articulated messages. – Most important skillset that will be evaluated by the hiring manager. Interview will be 30 minutes via phone.

Skillsets:

· Ability to manage Global team with internal and external resources (different time zone, different cultures, US/China Business team, US/European/China IT team, US/China External vendors)

· Leadership management style (providing clear direction, driving team towards objective)

· Very Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

· Detailed oriented

· Large project management skills

Past Experience that would help:

· Knowledge/experience with construction projects (2 construction elements – repurposing existing space in Chinese Plant and new construction of entire main facility)

· Knowledge/experience with IT infrastructure
