Job Description :
Successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing impacts of cross functional requirements and cross project team impacts of business processes, applications, policies for AA Customer Technology applications. Project managing approximately 2-3 projects simultaneously.
Will be working with as a liaison among business stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities in scope and help recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Also promoting a collaborative working environment amongst the business and technology teams by applying Agile principles to achieve quality performance deliverables.
Able to build strong and sustainable relationships with internal and external individuals. Candidate will work closely with business unit, operations team, release management clients, project managers, developers, architects, QA testers, technology providers, vendors, and other application teams to achieve project goals.
Advanced interpersonal skills are essential as multiple entities need to be leveraged to achieve success. Must possess strong aptitude for problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to concisely present work. Fast learner with strong verbal and written communication skills, organization problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Review project estimation to determine cost and time required, financial analysis. Negotiate issues, manage resolution of problems and escalated as required. Delivered sound cost analysis estimates for projects and manage project costs to budget. Managed project budgets by analyzing actual time spent and forecasting monthly cost and time based on estimates. Offer inputs to funding and business justification documents to get project/program approvals
Supervise project tasks to track progress and analyzed impacts to milestones. Monitor progress and provided accurate and timely reports to leadership and impacted teams. Assisting in removing roadblocks. Forecast and create released based project schedules and urgent deployment timelines.
Master''s or Bachelor''s degree in technical field, such as business administration, computer information systems, engineering, or related field.
Facilitate large discovery sessions to gather requirements, iteration zero workshops, dependency and roadmapping meetings
Working with stakeholders, business partners and product owners to provide status updates to steering commitees and assist in prioritization.

7+ years of experience in management, project or product management
Strong leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and inter-personal skills
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Strong at multi-tasking and prioritizing activities to meet the project needs
Extensive experience on project lifecycle management and agile methodologies
Good at capturing and documenting the necessary information
Ability to learn the business logic quickly
Effectively leading teams on project deliveries and mentorship
Ability to manage efforts for projects that are small, medium as well as large in scope
Experience with Rally, MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio and Sharepoint
Ability to capture and maintain the status of the tasks up-to-date.
Experience in co-coordinating effort across team members who may not be co-located
SDFC / Agile experience required
