Job Description :
Position: Sr. Performance/LoadRunner Test Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 Months
Need Only GC / USC
Provide testing and analysis of complex systems to ensure systems are compliant with requirements and can perform well in production.
Independently develop test scripts using any of the LoadRunner protocols, create test scenarios and execute tests.
Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and write test reports.
Coordinate with other testers to resolve test problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate directly with government staff orally and in writing to plan testing and to report results.
General Requirements :
Strong understanding of test and verification processes, methods, and tools
Proven ability to create automated test scripts, test scenarios and analyze results using LoadRunner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Experience working with json/regular expressions
Experience using LoadRunner VTS for test verification and as a shared source for unique test data
Thorough understanding of Run-Time settings and Recording options in VuGen
Must Have :
3 - 5 years of experience with LoadRunner
5 - 8+ years of experience in information technology
3 - 5+ years of experience in testing including planning, test execution, and analysis
Strong skills in any one programming language, preferably C
Highly Desired :
LoadRunner Certification
Experience working on Educational projects
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related field
Application development experience with application servers such as Tomcat, and JBoss, a big plus
Prior experience with server-side resource analysis of Linux/Unix systems, a big plus
