Title: Sr. Microsoft System Admin - SME
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 3+ Months

Has experience with Active Directory (AD) configuration/administration and Azure AD integration and administration.
SharePoint Admin experience is a Plus.

Work Requirements
As part of the Active Directory Project the vendor will be responsible for performing tasks throughout various stages of this project. The following is a list of these tasks which will result in the successful completion of this project:
Design Phase:
- Work with Customer to gather requirements and establish metrics
- Create AD structure based on collected requirements
- Present proposal for Customer review and approval
Build Phase:
- Setup new AD security groups and clean up login scripts
- Identify Pilot users to use as test group.
- Test login scripts and GP settings with pilot users.
- Vendor will compile a testing report to present to Customer for review/approval
- Present weekly update on status.
Implementation Phase:
- Vendor\Customer will implement new AD structure.
- Vendor will provide support if needed during implementation.
- Present weekly update on status.
Training Phase:
- Vendor/Customer will update IT staff with changes and SOP’s
- Present written status at weekly meeting
Project Handoff/Closure:
- Vendor will provide Customer with all documentation in accordance with the approved project plan
- Vendor will present project closure report to Customer for review and approval
- Vendor will complete the project requirements checklist showing that all project tasks have been completed
- Present written status at weekly meeting
Once all project tasks have been completed, the project will enter the handoff/closure stage. During this stage of the project, the vendor will provide their project closure report and project task checklist to Customer’s VP of IT. The acceptance of this documentation by Customer’s VP of Marketing will acknowledge acceptance of all project deliverables and that the vendor has met all assigned tasks.
Any discrepancies involving completion of project tasks or disagreement between Customer and the chosen vendor will be referred to both organizations’ contracting offices for review and discussion.
