Duties:
Responsible for managing SMB/MM Strategic Marketing planning, supporting country strategy and plans by developing innovative integrated initiatives that drive consideration and awareness, engagement, lead generation, sales pipeline progression and closing and customer retention. Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, channels and customer success.

Skills:
As a senior member of the Document Cloud SMB/Mid-Market GTM Strategy team, you will help drive the long-term vision to deliver growth and sales success across Document Cloud.
Your deep knowledge of marketing strategy practices across small and mid-size business customer segments, coupled with your proven experience leading initiatives to deliver direct and indirect subscription sales success will serve you well as you partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that result in improved customer experiences, increased new customer acquisition and greater customer retention.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, your work will focus on Client''s growing SMB and Mid-Market customer bases, using data and market insights to find the best ways to engage with customers, increase their share of wallet, and ensure they remain lifelong Client customers.
To do this you will take a customer-first approach and become an expert in the day to day life of an Client customer. This includes building, integrating and managing the journey for our Document Cloud SMB/MM customers and prospects across marketing channels, including advertising, PR, social media, demand generation, field marketing, events, partners, executive engagement, and the web.

We are looking for someone who can combine the art and science of analytics and insights to paint a data-driven picture of today''s business and tomorrow''s opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a data environment that is large and complex, with demonstrated success developing, synthesizing and communicating complex business and customer analysis.
Areas of specialty should include comprehensive high-level business strategy development and planning, along with subscription acquisition and retention, and direct and indirect route to market sales models.
The GTM strategy organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
We stay focused on aligning company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense for how to get things done.

Education:
Qualifications/Experience
BS/BA with 10+ years marketing, software, high tech or management consulting experience, MBA preferred
Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
