The Business Intelligence developer will architect, develop, implement and maintain business intelligence, data warehouse and analytics solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. They may design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines, perform data profiling and data cleansing and create BI dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:
Leverage knowledge of the Microsoft BI stack (SQL, SSIS, SSAS) and other enterprise tools to build and support solutions as part of the continued development and maturation of the Enterprise Data Services team
Participate in the design, development, and analysis of data architecture using SSIS
Demonstrate advanced understanding of Enterprise Data Assets and other legacy data stores/solutions architecture, processes and flow, and operate as a subject matter expert (SME) within the group
Communication and analytical skills to effectively capture, develop and implement the business requirements.
Development in T-SQL
Maintain current Datamarts and ETL processes
Create business intelligence tools and reports.
Perform and maintain data extracts and imports
Integrate applications with current databases.
Troubleshoot data issues, validate result sets, recommend and implement process improvements.
Skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent certifications / experience
8-10 + years of Business Intelligence application development using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server)
Extensive experience with Data Warehouse modeling and methodology
5-8 + years of relational database and T-SQL experience (Querying, DML, DDL, and tuning)
5-8 + years experience supporting ETL (SSIS), analysis services (SSAS) and reporting services (SSRS) workload automation batch flows
Experience with Oracle ebusiness application
5-8 + years hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher
3+ years experience with ITIL Incident and Problem management
3+ years experience with Workload Automation tools
3-5+ years experience with reporting packages such as Tableau (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
Experience working on a project team using a waterfall and/or agile SDLC methodology
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Proven ability to lead project, communicate with C level and work independently with limited supervision.
