Build the pathway to microservices including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and installation as needed.
Work on an agile team to quickly iterate and release solutions.
Groom user stories and automate testing as needed

Skills/Experience You''ll Need:
Excellent Core Java (version 8) with knowledge of Java 1.8 features
Java Frameworks experience i.e. Spring; Hibernate
Experience with Spring Boot
Experience building RESTful APIs/microservices
No-SQL database technologies- preferably Apache Cassandra
Log Management with Splunk or ELK
Hands on experience with automated test tools (e.g. Cucumber, Selenium)
Multi-threaded Programming and Transaction Handling (JMS, Database)
Experience with Atlassian toolset is mandatory (JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Bamboo, GIT
Experience in event-driven design of Microservices and 12-factor app development standards.
API design and implementation (remote vs local APIs, routing and reverse proxying, load balancing, optimization techniques)
Knowledge of event sourcing and distributed message systems like (Apache Kafka)
Experience in Continuous Integration(CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) process systems using (Bamboo, Jenkins)
Demonstrated strong experience in TDD - Test Driven development (unit, functional, integration, system, API testing)
In depth hands on experience with virtualization approaches (Docker, VMs, containers)
Hands on experience with cloud based IaaS (AWS) and distributed schedulers (Kubernetes)
