Required Skills & Abilities:
Ability to apply mastery level knowledge in at least one required programming language (Java/J2EE) and thorough knowledge on OOPS concept
Strong knowledge of web architecture, design, development tools, and languages (Spring 3.0/4.0 MVC/Spring Boot/ Struts, Spring Batch, SOAP/Restful/ Web Services, AngularJS, JDBC, JavaBeans/EJBs, JPA/Hibernate, Junit/Mockito/Cucumber, JMS, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, XML/XSLT, JSON, Drools/Rule Engines, ANT/Maven/Gradle, Harvest, WebLogic/Tomcat/JBOSS/WebSphere, Eclipse/NetBeans)
Strong knowledge of relational data base (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle)
Experience in distributed UNIX environments.
Experience in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
Experience in MS Project and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Nice to have - experience in using ServiceNow and/or VersionOne.
Nice to have - experience in Healthcare Industry.
Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work related issues and problems and present to a group.
Role & Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and build component-based application in a Web/internet delivery environment.
Design and develops software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
Write software programming applications working on new and existing applications along with enhancements to web sites, web applications, and infrastructure.
Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance
Works with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code meets business requirements.
Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications.
Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develops specifications and performance requirements and resolves customer problems.
Coordinate installation of software system.
