Job Description :
Position Title: "Sr. Java/J2EE Developer"

Duration: Long-term

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Preferred Skills:

All phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, and code development and testing

Functions/Description:

All phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, and code development and testing
Designing reusable Java components, frameworks and libraries
Working closely with architecture group and driving solutions
Troubleshooting production support issues post-deployment and drive solutions
Demonstrating substantial depth of knowledge and experience in Big Data and Java/J2EE development

Responsibilities :

Java/J2EE, UNIX, SQL, RDBMS, Hbase, Hive, Sqoop, Pig, Kafka
8+ consecutive years in the Full Stack Java/J2EE development.
2+ year’s hands-on expertise with UNIX shell scripts and commands
3+ years hands on expertise with SQL writing queries and RDBMS
2+ year’s hands on expertise with Big data technologies (HBASE, HIVE, SQOOP, PIG)
1+years of Apache Kafka experience is a big plus
2+ Agile/Scrum methodology
