Position Details:

Job Title : Sr. Java Developer (Java 8)
Location : Durham, NC
Duration : 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Job Description:

1. 10+ Years of Software Engineering experience – Candidates MUST have used Java 8 and need to have worked on several Greenfield development projects
2. Candidates must have a very strong Mathematical Mindset.
3. Must have strong multi-threaded development experience.
4. Ideally come from a financial domain.
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 10+ years of experience in services development in Java, Spring MVC / Spring Core / Web Services (SOAP/REST) and configuring web containers.
Make significant contributions to our technology platform
Design patterns, UML
Test Driven Development, JUnit
IDE™s Spring Tool Suite, and Eclipse, within a UNIX and Windows environment.
Application build, deploy using Continuous Integration/ Deployment (CI/CD) tools Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy, etc.
Writing SQL queries and debugging stored procedures within an Oracle environment.
Leadership: Team player, self-starter, collaborative, innovative, eager to learn every day
