Required Skills:
Minimum of 5 years Java/J2EE experience
Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience developing applications/frameworks using design patterns and J2EE technologies
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Core Spring and Spring MVC framework and technologies
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java Persistence frameworks (MyBatis, Hibernate etc
Minimum of 3 years of extensive experience using an RDBMS
Minimum of 2 years of experience with IRAD/Eclipse
Effective in team setting or as individual contributor
Ability to multi-task
Strong documentation skills
