Role: Sr Java Developer
Duration: Full Time

Job Description:
Experience in designing and implementing solutions using: Java, J2EE, Wicket(equivalent like JSF or Swings), Spring and Hibernate.
Strong experience in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery is a must.
Strong technical expertise in Web services (SOAP & REST)
Ability to create Technical Design using J2EE design patterns.
Strong experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL/DB2 Server – ability to write Stored procedures, design tables.
Familiar with Waterfall & Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs and delivering short sprints
Expertise in Typescript and ReactJS would be beneficial.
Should be skilled in understanding Customer requirements and delivering rapid prototypes
Excellent English fluency and Communication skills – both verbal and written
Knowledge / Experience in UML (Class Diagram, Sequence Diagrams)
Should have proven ability to lead teams, doing work allocation, ensuring delivery
Should be skilled in Code reviews and ensuring process flow and implementing SDLC.
People skills to manage and resolve conflicts between offshore & onshore.
