Job Description :
Sr. Java developer will work as a member on one of the core team of specialists who will be responsible for enabling new features and optimizing strategic solutions within Customer’s Batch / Real time systems. The candidate should have previous strong experience with large volume of transaction handling, batch processing, multithreading and concurrency and building batch systems. In this role, the candidate will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements.

Job Requirements:
Ten or more years of hands-on experience in a software development profession
Experience with High-Performance GRID Computing platforms
Proficiency working in a Linux-based environment, including shell scripting and basic system administration
Proficiency in technologies that include Java, C or C++, Python, SOAP/REST
Experience Hibernate and Spring and related framework/technologies
Experience with Relational Databases (DB2, Oracle) and SQL programming
Experience in scheduling using AutoSys, Crontab
Experience working on a team operating under an Agile Scrum delivery methodology
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong leadership skills and a self-starter
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or equivalent experience
