Need to be experienced. Senior level, heads down Java coders – 8-10 Years of exp of end to
end Java Development
Secondary skill set is Spring/Spring Boot
No front end work
They will be working on the new platform team with the hottest tech (node/react/AWS), so
they may get exposure to that at some point, but this should be sold as a pure Java role.
Reason they need these resources is because they are exploding with new user growth and
need to update their back end java code to scale
