Top Skills You Should Possess:
Extensive experience supporting JIRA project administration
Ability to set up effective workflows, complex projects, security schemes, custom forms, fields, dashboards and report configurations
Must be able to manage and set up JIRA Portfolio plans
Setup and manage Jira Portfolio plans.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; MBA a plus.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role with a demonstrated track record in delivering business value using technology solutions
Customer focused with high degree of empathy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with a clear focus under pressure
Organized and pays attention to detail
Must be proactive, with proven ability to advance on multiple tasks in a given timeframe
Experience adapting to rapidly changing environments
Able to manage multiple priorities.
