Sr. Infrastructure Engineer needed for one of our large Oil &Gas clients in the Woodlands, TX area
IT Infrastructure Analyst - On behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector Procom Services is looking for one IT Infrastructure Analyst. The Successful candidate will have experience with VMWare administrator (VCP certification desired not required) with current knowledge on Citrix VDI/Xenapp.
IT Infrastructure Analyst Job Details:-
Working with other IT team members in US and provide local support to L3/L4 teams in Madrid
Windows Server deployment and management
Active Directory / GPO
SCCM administration and Software packaging
SQL Server maintenance
VMWare Administration and Deployment
Citrix VDI administration and support
Cloud services PAAS and IAAS (AWS or Azure) administration
Business Continuity Management
Security Management Patch Management and Server
Work folder and Direct access administration
Minor Network Configuration
Minor Support Datacenter Infrastructure (UPS, CRAC, etc) support
Minor Audio/Visual infrastructure support
Storage and Backup operation and maintenance
24x7 on call availability for L2/L3 support for US Operations
IT Infrastructure Analyst Mandatory Skills
* 3-5 years experience in a similar role
* Bachelor degree in Computer or related area
* Enterprise server infrastructure management
* Customer Service Focused
* VMware or similar Virtual environment deployment
* Cloud services experience
* Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and highly demanding environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with EMC DD, HP SAN s and/or Netapp
* Cisco Networking Environment
* Project Management Skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Cetifications
* VCP, CCP or similar certification current -> desirable
* VCA, CCA or similar certification current -> Minimum
* MTA or MCSA certification ?
