Strong SQL skills are a must as the position is centered around data. There is a lot of SQL-based data analysis.
Experience,
5 years + in a data warehousing environment including knowledge/skills/abilities of: data versioning and load approaches, UNIX commands and scripting, job scheduling, prod support handling, off-hours work, and off-shore communication.
The skills necessary for this position specific to Decision Support/data warehouse include responsibilities of design/development & support of data load processes, Teradata SQL and Tool/Utilities skills, skills using ETL (data load) tools like Informatica, SAS, SAS DI and IWS job scheduler.
