Job Description :
Job Title: Sr IT Security Workplace Specialist
Location: Summit, New Jersey
Duration: 2 Months Contract

1. Coordination on the design, implementation, update, major changes on all End User Computing Security including (but not limited to) smartphones, tablets, workstations, client software, network access control, data encryption & data loss prevention.
2. Create and maintain product roadmap on End User Computing Security solutions. Ensure roadmap execution is scheduled and applied in coordination with GDS End User Computing Operations and IT Security.
3. Coordination with our Security team to ensure adherence to all aspects of IT Security.
4. Verify that all End User Computing Security solutions are designed, engineered and deployed in accordance to SOP’s, standards and other compliance guidance from FDA, SOX and other applicable regulation.
5. Support and ensure that the adequate technical knowledge is made available to the GDS End User Computing Operations and IT Security for project deployment and IT support readiness activities.
6. Contribute to the establishment of ITGPT procedures and service delivery streamlining initiatives
7. Actively monitor new technologies in the End User Computing Security area and foster innovative and efficient solutions and designs.
8. Develop productive relationships with all IT team members.
9. Work with project managers on global projects with a focus on technical design, risk assessment, costs, timing and benefits.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
Working experience & Education
A degree in Information System and/or a MCP, MCITP or recognized IT professional qualification.
At least 10 years of overall work experience in IT (at least 6 months in a similar position
At least 3 years in projects management
Experience in an IT position within a pharmaceutical company is a plus

Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good presentation, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration and communication ability
Some level of Leadership, organizational, follow-up, strategic, critical and innovative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills is a plus.
Ability to understand strategic objectives and propose technical solutions.
Capable of working under pressure in a multi-cultural environment.
Be able to work in a planned and structured manner in order to ensure the correct prioritization of activities, including support and planned maintenance.
Must have excellent writing skills for documentation of test results, changes in development, maintenance, or recommendation.

Solid technical understanding of End User Computing Security and Windows 7/10/2008/2012 operating systems is required.
Antivirus central management experience is required, McAfee ePO experience is required
Strong data encryption technologies knowledge is required.
Conceptual & practical understanding of IT Infrastructure fundamentals.
Some kind of advanced knowledge and/or expertise on mobile devices, device security, operating systems and system management is vital.
Experience in change management, product release, version control.
Some kind of experience in designing Windows 7/10 operating system image and related deployment technologies is a plus.
Knowledge of software deployment platform is a plus.

- Design and implementation of Mcafee MOVE for our Citrix VDI
- Design and implementation of Mcafee ENS (design, test and Upgrade from our VSE, HIPS products
