Responsible for delivering compliance with applicable Corporate and Departmental Policies and Procedures, through managing compliance-focused projects.
Initiate and Plan IT Projects: Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with IT department and business process owner to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
Executing and Closing Projects: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, Department, and upper management.
Resource and Team Management: Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities.
Quality Management: Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Departmental Policies and Procedures.

Primary Job Function:
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for managing compliance-focused projects that span across the IT organization.
Leverage project management best practices to effectively plan, then execute and communicate with stakeholders.
Effectively manage project budgets, ensuring costs are appropriately planned and managed.
Identify, propose, initiate, and lead significant improvement programs related to IT Compliance / IT Quality.
Manage initiatives to help prepare organization for audits/inspections; manage CAPA and audits for organization, effectively minimizing risk.
Operate with broad goals and objectives; propose strategic decisions that impact Compliance Operations and/or influence the broader IT organization.
Continually look for opportunities for process optimization, cost avoidance, and cost reductions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience in project management within a regulated Life Science/Bio-Pharmaceutical environment.
Knowledge of some IT/Compliance/Quality Standards/Frameworks e.g. ITIL, Computer System Validation, Infrastructure Qualification, Periodic Review, etc.
Need to be a very proactive individual that can work with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and creative thinker who is effective at problem solving.
Strong skills in time management with the ability to manage complex work plans and conflicting priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
