Required Skills:
Experience in deep understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) architecture and concepts Required 8 Years
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study Highly desired

Provide subject matter expertise based on past experiences of SOA and ESB implementations Required
Expert level experience working with Message Sets, various IIB nodes, mediations and mediation flows Required
Experience working with MQ v8 and IIB v10 Required

New ODBC/JDBC driver or any other software configurations as required with the projects Required
Experience backing up the IIB and QMGR configuration during version upgrades and restoring the backup post upgrade Required
Experience working on DR testing Required
Experience with IBM Datapower version 7.2 or higher Required
Experience in setting up Tivoli Monitor alerts for IIB and MQ Required
Experience in working with Databases such as Oracle & SQL server Required

PennDOT is seeking an Sr. IBM WMB/IIB Middleware Consultant. The consultant for the IBM Integration Bus (IIB) formerly known as WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) will be responsible for documenting, maintaining and dynamically building simulated message to test IIB flows and message models. The WMB/IIB consultant is also responsible for troubleshooting issues and assisting with code reviews to ensure optimal solutions are being delivered. The WMB/IIB Consultant will be involved with on-going maintenance and production support of PennDOT''s applications internal and external interfaces. The consultant is required to have strong IBM Integration Business and WebSphere MQ technology skills in order to provide architecture and design solutions in the areas of Information Integration Architecture and Governance. The consultant will ensure Service implementation consistency, speed of delivery, and promote reuse through creation of reusable middleware assets.
