UPS environment is a LINUX-based Hadoop cluster that is leveraging
Cloudera v5 (the Distribution
Datameer v5 (the Analytics Tool
Hive
MySQL DB
Exporting Mysql data from Old to New Cluster
Migrating Mysql data for Datameer
Configuring Datameer in the new environment
Installing Sentry on new environment
Linux scripting (KSH93, BASH)
Hadoop Administration + Development experience would be a huge plus

PS: Hadoop Admins may have experience on various distributions like Cloudera, HortonWorks, MapReduce, Pivotal, etc. But customer is looking only for Cloudera experienced profiles. It would be better if you get some Cloudera Certified Hadoop Admins.
