Job Description:
8-10 Years Genesys Routing development using Interaction routing designer (IRD) and composer . implementation and support experience.
Good amount of routing experience from Genesys solutions
Strong Genesys framework experience (Configuration and Implementation )
Good knowlede on Genesys Composer, e-services, Genesys Rule engine, ORS, Rule authoring tool
Strong experience in Infomart report and e-services implementation
Good communication skills and presentation skill
Job responsibilities –
Design and development Genesys routing strategies using IRD and Composer
Perform unit testing and integration testing suing IRD tool for developed strategies.
Work with business users and support group for project implementation and rollout.
Post production support and validation.
Develop user manuals and documents
