Sr. GRC Analyst
Location – Seattle, WA
Duration – one year.

o GRC background

This person will support controls & compliance readiness for GRC, monitoring and consulting. Support in governance process creation for new mergers or acquisitions, and acting as the liaison for our GRC team, representing our services and introducing the correct GRC SMR as appropriate.

- This role will fill a resource gap at the Analyst level that will be driving SOX and PCI related control & governance activities from a GRC perspective.
- This position is helping to build templates and playbooks that will help drive all GRC activities for this Alliance as well as future business propositions, mergers, acquisitions
- Deliverables include policies and standards that this analyst will help design, supporting other teams within the organization, making sure there''s clarity and accountability, protecting against the creation of duplicative or vague requirements.
- As well, this analyst will be responsible for driving the standards and processes that will be required for new service agreements while working through mergers or service acquisitions / transfers, mapped to our internal requirements.
- Must be proficient in compliance & audit readiness, technology controls design. Must be proficient in technology governance, technical writing. Experience with LEAN process development, Archer experience, and working with tools like JIRA and Confluence are nice to have.
