Job Description :
Role: Sr. Financial Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Responsibilities:
Support Financial planning and reporting (monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic long term planning)
Be a relevant business partner that helps guide decisions and resource allocations by providing a clear understanding of the “ROI” of investments and business decisions: ability to challenge based on trends and variance analysis
Drive analysis of cost trends and drivers and articulate the manner in which how they relate to business metrics
Continuously identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes to reduce cycle time and churn in all financial planning processes
Provide monthly reports comparing actual trends against budget and forecast assumptions for each business
Assist in the development of Business Strategy and maintain a high level of communication with all levels of business management, including facilitating meetings and presenting analysis
Works closely with the Controllership team to perform FPA activities that require input from the Corporate accounting teams
Experience and qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Passionate about business and the related performance
5+ years of finance experience with exposure to different areas (business analysis, accounting, FP&A, etc
Experience with financial systems such as Cognos, Tableau, Hyperion etc.
Ability to present and impact decision-making at all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to partner effectively with all functions and levels within the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage tight timelines
Ability to perform in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills with spreadsheets, SQL, presentations, along with demonstrated financial analysis capabilities
Ability to work with Global Shared Service Centers and remote support teams
