We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join FP&A team, to help lead core cadence of budgeting and management reporting, and to provide actionable financial analysis and decision support against strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
Support core financial planning and analysis activities, including the annual strategic planning and budgeting process, monthly management reporting and analysis, and regular financial forecasts.
Partner with operating teams to forecast and analyze business performance; develop value-added insights and tools that support decision making across the company.
Build and leverage analytical tools, techniques and processes in order to mine and interpret financial and non-financial data.
Provide “deep dive” analyses of growth and profitability drivers, including financial analysis, operational benchmarking, and ROI analysis on key initiatives
Present business results and performance drivers to operating and executive teams with strategic perspective, analytical rigor, and clarity of thought.
Serve as a liaison between the finance teams and its corporate parent, support the alignment of financial plans, processes and analytical tools.
5 years of budgeting/financial analysis experience, with increasing levels of responsibility, in an FP&A role within a technology-centered company; experience with a SaaS business model at scale strongly preferred.
Strong track record of business partnership, successfully leading cross functional financial projects (budgets, business plan development, etc, and the ability to manage through collaboration and influence.
Outstanding communicator: able to convey financial/quantitative concepts clearly to a variety of audiences; demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
Intellectually curious; driven not just by the “what,” but also the “why,” and the “so what?”
Facile with data, quantitative analysis and model-building; superior MS-Excel skills; experience with enterprise planning application (Hyperion, Adaptive, etc essential; use of CRM system (Salesforce.com) and advanced analytic tools desirable.
Ability to manage multiple assignments while working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment; exceptional attention to detail.
