Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide project management, business analysis, and communication support to senior leadership, and to serve as a key liaison across business functions (Engineering, Services, Sales, Marketing, G&A
Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will serve as a project manager supporting integration, following CA’s acquisition in April, 2017.
This is a highly visible role, and for the right individual, it represents a unique opportunity to leverage a strong track record of professional experience, complemented by MBA studies, to help drive strategy execution at a high-growth business unit within a global technology leader.
Responsibilities Include:
Senior leadership and cross-functional operational support:
Coordinate agendas, deliverables and communications for weekly leadership team meetings, periodic business reviews, and offsite meetings
Facilitate development and tracking of operational performance benchmarks
Contribute analysis and content for business reviews; support development of business cases for new initiatives
Participate and/or lead ad hoc special projects
M&A Integration:
Monitor creation and execution of functional integration plans, including facilitating connection points among teams if necessary
Weekly touchpoints with workstreams; monitor documentation and decision calendar; help identify and "unstick" issues as needed
Assist with preparation for weekly integration leadership meetings; escalate operational issues and decisions needed
Support internal integration communications program, as needed
MBA preferred on in progress; 5 years professional experience in business/financial analysis, consulting or project management, in a technology-centered organization; track record of increasing responsibility
Understanding of SaaS business model at scale, including technology profile, key business processes and performance drivers/metrics.
Demonstrated success managing complex/dynamic projects and cross-functional teams
Outstanding analytical skills complemented by strong business instinct – ability to anticipate opportunities/challenges, proactively escalate and manage to resolution.
Extremely organized, with a project management background/skillset; strong sense of responsibility/accountability, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to self-navigate within the broader organization; a structured thinker who is able to work flexibly and drive to efficient solutions; builds productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communicator in all forms (written, presentation, informal) at all levels of the organization.
Systems-savvy; experience with a range of business applications; working knowledge of enterprise applications (SFDC, Hyperion) highly desirable.
