Position : Sr. Analyst with Facets Expert
Location : San Francisco, CA or El Dorado Hills, CA
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Analyze and interprets business and technical requirements into system requirements
Conduct research and design solutions based on Facets Applications functionality and constraints
Facilitate and engage in the requirements sessions and development of System Use Case and Boundary Specification documents
Prepare level of effort and cost estimates
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to developers
Participates in root cause analysis
Work with application developers to support applications and customer requests
Lead or facilitate solution design sessions with business and technical participants
Requirements:
Experience using software development life-cycle methodology like (such as Agile, RUP, waterfall)
Experience in Healthcare EDI transaction sets like 834, 837, 835, 270/271, 276/277 & 278
Experience in translation of EDI transactions (837,834) to Facets Gateway format
Ability to understand carrier EDI or data companion guidelines.
3 – 5 years of experience with Facets
Health plan operations experience in one or more areas: enrollment and billing, claims and benefits, network management, medical policy and utilization management desired
Experience with complex workflows or business processes
Knowledge of SQL, ETL, .Net is preferred
Self-directed and adaptive to changing priorities
