Primary responsibility will focus on managing MS Exchange/Messaging infrastructure globally.
Responsible for, but not limited to, the deployment and management of the highly-available Exchange infrastructure
Roles & Responsibilities
· 5+ years of experience on deploying and managing complex Microsoft exchange systems
· Strong background with Exchange 2007 to 2013(2016 Exposure preferred) and MS Outlook Client
· Experience with deployment and management of Skype for business will be added advantage.
· Experience with analyzing migration to new Exchange environment
· Able to identify, analysis and resolve compatibility issues.
· Practical experience in troubleshooting advance technical performance issues.
· Understanding of Exchange oriented interaction with Microsoft Messaging Technology concepts including Active sync, Auto Discovery, PowerShell, DLP, Public folder, Exchange client protocols, Exchange server roles, DNS, IIS, AD & SSO, Clustering including failover & load balancing.
· Capability to operate in a flexible environment with minimal supervision.
· Support day to day operation and projects for Exchange, Web mail services.
· Provide L3 support.
· Works closely with customer to perform technical and requirements analysis.
· Clean and clear oral and written communications from start to finish of a project.
· Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· Microsoft Exchange Certification
Prescreening Questionnaire
1) Must have good technical knowledge in: Windows OS- 2003/2008/2012;
2) Must have good technical knowledge in: Active Directory
3) Network Fundamentals (TCP/IP Protocol, SMTP, DNS,DHCP
4) Good understanding on remote supporting tools.
5) Executes basic PowerShell or Command Shell commands.
6) Ability to interface with technical and engineering personnel to discuss technical issues pertaining to problems or technical specifications.
