10+ years of overall experience
Worked in the IT Operations for at least 5 years with focus on delivering End User Computing (EUC) technologies.
Deep knowledge and understanding of either Desktop Management (Software Distribution, Patch Management etc) or Associated tools OR Exchange and associated technologies like O365 etc.
Should have worked with customers to identify pain areas and look for ways and means to automate Incidents and Service Requests.
Understands scripting and exposure of automating things using scripts
Have deep understanding of Automation in the area of Infrastructure Management.
Understands the following aspects of data center - OS, Storage, Database, Network, Cloud
Experience with any IT Operations automation tools - Arago, Chef, SaltStack, BMC, Bladelogic, IBM Bigfix, SCOM, SCCM, ITSM
Understands IT Service Desk
Customer presentation and communication skills
