The I&ED delivery center seeks a Technical Specialist 4 to work with part of an agile team focused on development and configuration of .NET applications for The Business One Stop Shop located at DCED. The candidate must also be extremely strong and well-versed in UI/UX design and architecting systems. Extensive experience utilizing Visual Studio 2013 or newer is required. This individual will work as part of a development team that is following agile development methodologies, so experience with agile/SCRUM development is preferred. Specific skills listed below
Manage and complete assigned tasks in TFS/VSTS
Knowledge of SDLC and technology lifecycle processes
Utilizes configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment
specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application.
Design and Develop UI screens.
Participates in structured code reviews / walkthroughs.
Creates and provide content for operational documentation to Technical Writers.
