Required:
Must have recent State client experience.
.Net developer with data migration skills to build reusable software components using the .NET framework to re-write an existing Java/Oracle based online web service application in a Microsoft .NET environment.
Work with the architect to develop the technical plans including architecture, technical design, create detailed workflows, work break down schedules, and detailed functionality requirements based on the high-level business and functional specification document
Bonus requirements:
Any candidates with state agency experience having developed business portals that process cross-governmental registrations and licensing for businesses including notifications, payments and receipts.
Skills required:
Five (5) to seven (7) years’ experience developing, debugging and upgrading online applications for .NET framework using WCF, ASP .NET, C#, Visual Basic .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Web Forms, MS SQL Server 2012+, SSIS, and HTML5 for an online web application
Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience using Microsoft SQL integration services (SSIS) tools for bringing relational and non-relational data into MS SQL database by analyzing and cleansing data and running extract, transform and load or ETL, and migrate data from Oracle DB and other sources to SQL Server
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience designing SQL Server database in version 2012 or more recent in a .NET environment
Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience providing technical support for online application
Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience developing in using Agile methodologies
The ability to work in a team environment to develop application
